The reason this app doesn't get a fifth star is just because the interface of the app itself seems very basic and doesn't feel like a lot of work was pit into it. And he doesn't talk about any weird yoga energy or something of the sorts. I also appreciate how he explains exactly what he is saying and why. The "narrator" or speaker you listen to is truly soothing and calms you down. I have showed quite a few if my friends and they were impressed at how quickly they fell asleep. I fall asleep quicker and have more vivid dreams that I can remember more easily in the morning. This app has truly delivered on what it has advertised it can do.
